Software Quality Assurance Engineer
The Quality Assurance Engineer will perform functionality, integration, performance, and regression testing of our product. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining test plans and test cases, participating in the bug review process, participating in design and specification reviews, documenting and following up on all encountered bugs, and creating and maintaining automated test cases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following (other duties may be assigned).- Design, develop, implement and maintain quality assurance test plans and test cases for existing and new software functionality to ensure requirements are being met.
- Implement automated test cases with a focus on functionality and regression testing.
- Execute test plans in coordination with development schedules.
- Report and track software defects.
- Verify software fixes.
- Critically think about how clients will interact with the software being tested to continually improve the testing process.
