In this video, Jason talks about the functionality they asked Widen to create for them that would allow travel agents to go seamlessly through the travel agent center to the Widen-powered DAM system to access Oceania brand assets and destination photos. Jason talks about the challenges they had to overcome in building user adoption among travel agents and the technical integrations that had to be done. After several months, Oceania Cruises’ marketing team is receiving a lot of positive feedback from the travel agents and media personnel that used their previous digital asset management system and are now extremely pleased with the Widen DAM solution.
