This year, Widen is giving you more control of your Media Collective site by delivering expanded features that turn your digital asset management system into a content command center. So far we’ve delivered more flexibility to brand your Dashboard and login page, easier editing of assets in Quick View, and soon, better control of asset performance using DAM analytic data.
But control isn’t just about giving you a feeling of power. Control is actionable. It means higher user adoption ... which leads to increased engagement with content … which influences higher use and repurposing of assets … which extends visibility to assets in the marketplace ... which yields greater return on your content investment. In version 8.3, we’ve launched a brand new Media Collective Support Center to help you take control of that experience. The new site, support.widencollective.com, offers a portal into the mission-critical product resources that you need to own your own Media Collective experience. From the main portal, you can easily access channels, like the Resource Library (support articles), the Contact form (your lifeline to Widen’s Support Team), our Ideas page and the Widen blog. Coming soon are channels into Widen University, our self-paced, interactive training platform, and community forums, your connection to DAM peers and topical discussions.
The new Support Center combines resources for every learning style into one searchable place. And we’ve put extra attention into making the transition from Media Collective to the Support Center feel more seamless and delightful for all users.
