Who are These People and Why Should I Listen to Them?

Ok, so you’ve read all about what we do and how we do it.  But what do you really know about us?   Did you know that a large percentage of our workforce has at least 10 years of industry experience?  Every month we celebrate 5, 10, 15 and even an occasional 20 year anniversary.  We have a couple 30-year anniversaries coming up soon!   That’s in-depth knowledge of what works, and what doesn’t.  People that work together that long know how to work together to get things done.  We also continue to grow our staff, bringing in fresh ideas, as well as focusing on training and education so we are consistently at the cutting edge of technology.  Even after 60 years, Widen continues to reinvent itself.   We aren’t afraid of change, we embrace it.  Our culture encourages new ideas, change and innovation at all levels.  Our open environment ensures that ideas can be shared and acted upon across departments and across levels. 


I’ve been the Human Resources Manager for Widen Enterprises for 7 years now.  I’ve worked at many different types of companies, but only Widen has really felt like home for me.  Widen Enterprises incorporates solid Midwest values like friendship, integrity, honesty, hard work, as well as a willingness to take a risk and think outside the box.   And behind everything we do is a focus on exceeding customer expectations.  Learn about what we do, and get to know us.  We would love to get to know you.
