Customer experience manager
After implementation, you’ll be assigned a dedicated CXM as an ongoing Widen contact. CXMs are skilled at helping organizations launch and grow with all the products and services Widen has to offer.
Your CXM will check in regularly to see how everything is going as you administer your DAM site.
We’ll schedule quarterly strategy calls to discuss user experience improvements and address billing questions.

Starting in 2012, Widen launched its first annual user conference in Madison, WI, to bring together administrators and stakeholders for an idea and best practice exchange. It’s been a huge hit ever since.
