2014 Widen User Summit makes big splash with customers of all kinds

This October, 150 Widen customers from all over the world flocked to Madison, Wisconsin, for fun, networking, and knowledge sharing. The event? The third annual Widen User Summit, which is focused on helping our customers learn and share ideas as content marketers, DAM admins, creative gurus and marketing technologists.

Events like Widen’s User Summit are incredibly valuable because they provide a fun environment for users of the SAME digital asset management solution to ask questions in person of the product team, to focus time and energy on the features and functionality of a single solution, to preview what’s coming down the pike, and to engage and problem solve with other users.

For Widen, it’s an opportunity to spend face-time with our customers – a rarity in today’s business world – getting feedback and ideas about our marketing technology solutions. It’s also our chance to get to know our customers and better understand how their marketing and creative roles are evolving and in what ways DAM can meet their changing needs.
