Dear Dr. DAM: More efficient asset management for energy co.

DEAR DR. DAM:  I’m Erin with the creative department for a regional utility / energy company.  Some might think what kind of marketing and creative department does an energy company have, but just because we don’t have sales channels doesn’t mean we’re not creating loads of digital media.  I mean, we have all sorts of digital media – graphics and images for mail inserts, corporate reports, outdoor advertising, vehicle graphics, executive speeches, and radio and TV commercials.  We’re almost everywhere you look and we have multiple departments creating and using all of this stuff.  Help us get everyone to agree on one place to store and access all of our assets.
