First Impressions of Widen DAM from HSM

This is the forth video in the series of Widen customer interviews with Augusto Rovegno, Business Development & Programming Manager, at HSM – organizer of the World Business Forum and World Innovation Forum. In this video, Augusto talks about his first impressions with Widen Digital Asset Management services. He affirms that the Widen Media Collective was very similar to what they had been looking for. More importantly, he recognized that it was the Widen people that made the difference. Beyond the promise of delivering dependable and scalable SaaS DAM, Augusto talks about how the Widen people were rapid to respond and very helpful to uncover solutions to problems they didn’t know how to solve. In working through their problems, Augusto explains how Widen helped them apply their thoughts into real practical solutions and achieve what they wanted to accomplish with digital media asset management.

Beyond the first impressions of Widen DAM as a service, Augusto explains how Widen’s people demonstrated flexibility, responsiveness and helpfulness to overcome any doubts about the project and steer them in the right direction. He goes on to explain how Widen made it all very clear in what they could do, and if it wasn't all that clear they were flexible in trying to find the best solution for digital media asset management. For HSM, the service elements and approach to developing real solutions were very important during the time of selection.
