Hello, I’m Christine Krantz and I’m here to help clients get the most from their digital assets. I’ve been with Widen for over ten years and have worn many hats throughout my tenure. I started in customer service for Widen's print division, then worked through the ranks in a variety of customer facing roles and now serve as an Account Executive. I believe the best way to achieve customer satisfaction is to anticipate client needs and that’s what I’m here to do. Outside of work, I enjoy training and showing Arabian horses.
In support of lasting customer success, I get involved with Widen Collective administrators to help assess customer uses of Widen software services. These assessments include an audit of the current state of how customers are using Widen technology and recommendations of how to change the administration of these systems to create a better user experience.
I enjoy working closely with customers that have been with us for over decade to those that are new to the Widen family.
